REGISTRATION DETAILS

To participate to an Inserm workshop:
You must complete the registration form before the deadline.
- About fifteen days after the deadline, you will receive a letter indicating if you are selected or not. In case of acceptance, you will have to complete and send us an administrative form with the payment of registration fees.
- Upon receipt of your complete administrative form, a registration confirmation will be sent confirming your participation definitively.
PHASE I - Registration fees
Staff from public or academic sector

- Research Engineer / Researcher / Lecturer : 460 €
- Engineer (except research engineer) : 160€
- Technician : 160 €
- Graduate student / PhD Student / Postdoc : 160€

Staff from private sector: 1000 €
Registration fees include only catering (lunches and dinners). The cost of accommodation and transportation are your responsibility.
These registration fees will only be paid by:
- Credit Transfer
- Or by Credit Card (online payment)
PHASE II – Registration fees
To participate in the practical phase (phase II), you have to follow the theoretical phase (phase I).

- Staff from public or academic sector: 130 € / day / person
- Staff from private sector: 250 € / day / person
|
Registration fees for Phase II do not include travel expenses (transportation, accommodation and catering).
